• Manipulate ratings using bots or coordinated campaigns
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

5. User Content License

By submitting ratings, users grant ShitoMeter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the content.

6. No Endorsement & Limitation of Liability

ShitoMeter does not endorse rated entities and does not independently verify rating accuracy. The platform functions as a neutral intermediary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShitoMeter shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate user access for violation of these Terms or for legal compliance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
